Podcasts

If you had told me even 10 years ago that I would do most of my learning through my earphones, I’m not sure I’d believe you.

Apart from listening to the odd audiobook (on a CD), the only other things I listened to were the radio or my own playlist.

Podcasts are such a fantastic way of staying up to date, hearing other people’s views, keeping up with the news you want to hear and to basically entertain and educate yourself.

For the first year of my business, I kept away from business books & business gurus, you know the ones that say, I made these mistakes so you don’t have to OR the ONLY way to … blah blah blah

As I’ve become more confident and expanded my network I realise the business world has SO MUCH MORE TO OFFER.

Here are my current favourite business podcasts:

🎧 Just Bloody Post It with Helen Perry: https://www.helen-perry.co.uk/the-just-bloody-post-it-podcast/

🎧 Ctrl Alt Delete with Emma Gannon: https://www.emmagannon.co.uk/award-winning-podcaster

🎧 Amazing If with Sarah Ellis and Helen Tupper: https://www.amazingif.com/listen/

🎧 How I Made It Happen with Elizabeth Ogabi: https://shows.acast.com/60e5980dd42a250012ac5793

🎧 The Diary of a CEO with Steve Bartlett: https://stevenbartlett.com/the-diary-of-a-ceo-podcast/

🧘‍♀️ And for balance – How to Fail with Elizabeth Day – not a business podcast but always a good listen – she chats to astoundingly successful people about their top 3 failures: https://www.elizabethdayonline.co.uk/podcast
